Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Get your document notarized by secure video call without leaving home. You upload the document, verify your identity online and sign electronically while we notarize in real time. Signers can be located anywhere. You need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and a valid photo ID. Call or text to schedule.
Apostille Services
Sending documents overseas? We prepare, notarize where needed and submit your documents to the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia for an apostille or authentication, then return them to you. Common requests include diplomas, powers of attorney and business documents.
